Amazing customer service! We moved from the DFW area to Gilmer and Stevie was very friendly and helpful when I called to ask questions prior to renting. We rented one 10x10 and needed a second 10 x 10 mid-move. I texted Stevie to rent another 10 x 10 on the spot mid-move and he texted me back within 5 minutes on his honeymoon in Europe! Also, much later, I locked myself out of the storage building and he was able to remotely open the door for me. If I could give Lone Star Stowaway a 10 out of 10, I would!!!
